• used FormSnap to build a “contact me” page (thanks Mike and Eric ;-)

... been “a little” lazy, lately: I know :-(

• moved my website to DV Host (thanks for being so patient in assisting me, Matt :-)
(hope *I* don’t make any mistake and the site comes back online asap, but if you are reading this... :-)

• solved an issue with Google Chrome in “about me (... continued)” page :-)
- removed ScrollPane RW stack and all is fine again

sorry for those (few)“check back soon” pages: I’ll do my best to fill the gaps as soon as possible
but, as you can see... some old “unfinished” pages are finally standing in all their glory ;-p

as shown above, differences are subtle apart... using, now, (automatic) slideshows instead of static images
but I’m sure you’ll love how the new “navigation menu” works :-)

oh... close to the upper and lower right corners there are some “misterious” buttons: experiment yourself ;-)
in the homepage too, now, you have to guess how to enter the site :-p
(hint: that semi-hidden but visible enough *if you pay attention*, “x” will do the trick ;-)

• "retouched" pages containing texts: added a background -> so... you should be able to read ‘em, if you care! ;-p



oh... and... changed *all pages default* to "hidden content" on page open -> now you have to click the link (top of the page, centered and... “smallish”) to see more ;-)

• changed background picture in "frei otto" page
• in “about me (...continued)” page the music doesn’t auto-play anymore on “page open” -> you have to find the link :-p and make it play yourself (if you want)
• upgraded to RapidWeaver 5 :-) -> once more: just technical stuff ;-p

• added “frei otto” page (just a sort of “placeholder”: no pictures still)
• added a soundtrack to the “home” and “about me (... continued)” pages

• just some fine-tuning: on every page you can, now, show/hide the content area (the small picture’s thumbnails)

NB: some pages (mostly those in the “Architecture” section) default to “hidden content” on page open: you have to click the link underneath the captions to see more pictures ;-)

• changed the whole website layout using, now, Hyperimage by Lucas Tsolakian (the same designer of Supersized, the RapidWeaver theme I was using previously)
- it doesn’t differ that much (someone may barely notice the difference) from the old layout, but it allows more content and better navigation. It lacks the hability to slide-away the content area leaving just the fullscreen picture but... hey: has anyone ever used that feature? I bet *you* didn’t! :-p
- minor fixes and fine-tuning but no new content... *still* ;-p

once more: this site respects, endorses, strictly adheres to established *web standards* and is fully compatible with every modern, web compliant, browser (with iPhones and iPads too, btw).
so... if you are still using Internet Explorer, expect some glitches and *blame Microsoft* for providing a non compliant web browser, not me! :-p

• re-scaled *once more* :-( background images (from my archived originals) to 1620x1080px -> they should definitely look better, now, on larger displays ;-)
• some “under the hood” adjustments (technical stuff: changed the way backgrounds are uploaded to and stored on the server)

• re-added “franco albini” page
• re-added “massimiliano fuksas” page

• designed a custom “404” page
(just for the fun of it: hope no-one ever gets there but, if you are curious... here it is ;-)

• updated Supersized (the RapidWeaver theme I’m using for this site) to version 1.18
(but you shouldn’t notice any difference. well... I hope so! :-p )

• re-added “lucio costa” page
• re-added “jean nouvel” page
